Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases, credit top-ups, subscriptions, and digital transactions made on the Number Aacharya mobile application operated by AMSUN Universe LLP.

By using the App or completing any transaction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.

Number Aacharya functions on a credit-based digital service model. Users purchase credits which provide access to numerology-based digital insights, analysis, and reports. These credits are non-tangible, consumable digital goods, and all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued for any payments made towards:

• App credits and credit packages
• Subscription plans
• Promotional / discounted packs
• In-app purchases
• Report generation credits
• Bulk / business plans

Refunds are not applicable including but not limited to the following situations:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Accidental or duplicate purchase
• Incorrect or incomplete details submitted by the user
• Unused or partially used credits
• Dissatisfaction with any insight, prediction, or report received
• Failure to utilize credits before expiry
• Device, internet, or network issues on the user's side

Once a payment is processed, it is strictly non-refundable.

Since credits and services are delivered digitally and almost instantly upon successful payment:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed.
• Credits cannot be reversed or converted back into money.
• No cancellation is possible after a report or analysis has been generated.

Credits may be subject to validity or expiry as per the package selected. After expiry:

• Credits will automatically lapse from the user account.
• Expired credits cannot be renewed, extended, refunded, or transferred.

If an amount is debited from your bank, card, wallet, or UPI, but credits are not reflected in the App:

• Wait up to 24 hours to account for bank / gateway settlement time.
• If credits are still not visible, email amsun@numberaacharya.com with:
  • Transaction ID / UTR
  • Proof of payment (screenshot / statement)
  • Registered mobile number and/or email ID on the App

After verification, the missing credits will be added to your account. No monetary refund will be issued in such cases; only credits will be rectified.

If a duplicate payment is made for credits:

• Equivalent credits corresponding to the extra payment will be added to your account.
• No refund will be processed for duplicate transactions.

In case a transaction is suspected or reported as fraudulent or unauthorised:

• Your account may be temporarily suspended for review.
• The Company reserves the right to withhold or cancel credits.
• No refunds will be issued for misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity.

During unexpected technical issues, downtime, or scheduled maintenance:

• We will work to restore services as soon as reasonably possible.
• No refunds or financial compensation will be provided for such downtime.

In exceptional cases, the Company may grant courtesy credits at its sole discretion, which shall not be considered a precedent.

Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting our support team is considered a breach of this Policy.

• Your account may be permanently suspended.
• All existing credits and access to services may be forfeited.
• The Company reserves the right to pursue legal or recovery action where appropriate.

The updated version will be published on this page. Continued use of the App and services after changes are made will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised Policy.
